Billing: Season Pass, coins and your statement

What you are charged for, where the receipt comes from, and how purchases follow you between devices.

What we sell

A Season Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks every episode of one season, including episodes released later in that season. It never renews and there is no subscription.

Coins unlock single episodes or optional premium scenes. The price of each bundle and of each unlock is shown before you pay; paid coins do not expire while the service runs.

Receipts and your statement

Payments are processed by Stripe. The receipt arrives by e-mail from Stripe within a few minutes of paying, to the address you typed at checkout. It names the item, the amount, the currency and the last four digits of the card.

On your bank or card statement the charge appears under our billing descriptor. If you do not recognise a charge, write to us with the date and amount before disputing it with your bank — a chargeback takes weeks; we refund duplicates in days.

Purchases on more than one device

A purchase attaches to the device you bought on. To use it elsewhere, open Account on the new device and sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout; the Season Pass and the coin balance follow you.

If the episodes are still locked a few minutes after signing in, send us the receipt e-mail from the Support page (topic “Payment”) and we restore the purchase by hand.

Taxes and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies it is either included in the price shown or added at checkout before you confirm; the receipt itemises it.
