Everything you watch on SwayFate is fiction, and every performer, voice and image in it is generated with artificial intelligence. No real person is depicted, voiced or imitated. Our characters are invented; any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is unintended and coincidental.
What is AI-made and what is human-made
- Written by people: the stories, characters, dialogue, the choices you are offered and their consequences are written and edited by our team.
- Generated with AI: the moving images, the actors' faces and bodies, the spoken voices (synthetic voices we designed, not clones of real people), and some sound design. Music is licensed from human composers unless an episode says otherwise.
- Assembled by people: every clip is reviewed, selected, edited and approved by a person before it is published.
How we label it
- An "AI-generated fiction" notice appears at the start of every season and a persistent "AI" badge is shown in the player.
- Every clip we post on social platforms carries a visible AI label and uses the platform's own AI-content disclosure setting.
- Our advertisements state that they feature AI-generated performers.
- We keep the provenance signals (such as watermarks and content credentials) that our tools embed; we never strip them.
The tools we use
We use licensed, commercially available generative models for images, video, voice and lip-synchronisation from established providers, under terms that permit commercial use. The exact models change as the technology improves; the current list is available on request at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Our "no real people" policy
We do not prompt for, reference or imitate real actors, public figures or private individuals, their faces, their voices or their names. Before a character is used, we screen generated faces and voices for unintended resemblance to real people. If you believe a character resembles you or someone you represent, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the episode and timestamp; we will review within 10 business days and will alter or remove content where a genuine resemblance exists.
Age and audience
SwayFate is intended for adults (18+). Our stories contain romance, suspense and stylised, non-graphic depictions of danger; they contain no sexually explicit content.
