See what we hold
Ask through the Support page with the topic “Privacy or my data” from the e-mail address in question, or quote your viewer id (shown at the bottom of the Account page, whether or not you are signed in). We reply within 30 days with a machine-readable file: your account, viewer ids, progress and choices, purchases, coin ledger, newsletter status, lifecycle e-mails and support history.
Delete your data
Same route, same timing. We delete your account, viewer records, progress, choices, activity days, coins, entitlements, newsletter entry, lifecycle e-mails, support messages and error reports.
Two things stay. Purchase records are kept for accounting and tax law with the e-mail address blanked, and your e-mail address goes on a suppression list so that no later import can mail you again. Deleting also removes any Season Pass or coins — tell us first if you would rather keep them.
Advertising measurement
In the United States measurement is on unless you opt out: the Privacy settings section of the Privacy page has a “Do Not Sell or Share” switch, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control is opted out automatically.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing is measured until you choose “Allow measurement” in the banner; “Essential only” keeps playback and progress working with no advertising pixels at all. Change your mind any time in Privacy settings.
E-mails
Every e-mail we send has an unsubscribe link that works in one tap, and the Support page accepts “please stop e-mailing me” as a request too. Transactional messages — receipts and sign-in links — are not marketing and are only sent when you ask for them.
