First things to try
Tap the picture once. iPhones in Low Power Mode and some Android browsers block autoplay until you touch the player; captions and sound are on the same tap.
Check the connection. Episodes stream at 720p; on a weak mobile signal the player waits rather than dropping quality. Wi-Fi fixes most stalls. Data Saver in Chrome also lowers quality.
Reload the page. Your place in the story and your choices are kept on the device and on your account, so nothing is lost.
Choices and switching
When you pick an option, the next scene is already loading in the background, so the switch should feel instant. If it takes more than a second, the device is short of memory or the connection dropped — close other tabs or apps and try the choice again. Some decisions have a countdown: if it runs out, the story takes the path marked as the default; decisions without one simply wait for you.
Browsers and devices
The player works in Safari on iOS 16 or later, Chrome on Android 10 or later, and current desktop browsers. In-app browsers inside social apps sometimes block video; open the link in Safari or Chrome instead (the share menu has “Open in browser”).
Installed to the home screen, the site opens full-screen. Without a connection it shows an offline page; episodes themselves are never stored on the device.
Tell us what you see
If one episode fails on every device, write to us with the episode number, your phone model and browser, and what the screen showed. We also log playback errors on our side, so the report usually confirms what we already see and gets fixed quickly.
